This Frankenviffer is douglasthecook's bike. Here you'll find a write-up on the tail mod.
I am sure there is a more extensive write-up somewhere on what he's done since he modded the tail section, but can't find it right now. The front end is from a Fireblade (the pic in the write-up show RC51 forks).
