Tents afford no help with snoring. It's really about your thumb isn't it?

Don't know how I missed this. I'm in again when I get home.
This place is more entertaining than many of the things I pay for monthly and much cheaper.

You should buy it, then you would own my two favorite VFR's.

The GL800RR and Seb's street fighter, I never get tired of looking at either of them.

Not really since you only remove some of the screw head. It doesn't take very much to keep them from interfering. And since you take off only enough to clear the plates, there isn't enough room for the screws to back out and come loose.
When I installed my plates I could fit a .002 shim stock between the plates and the mounting surface. Even after ensuring the plates were flat I still had clearance, indicating the mounting surface wasn't 100% flat. That was when I put the reed valves back in so the rubber would seal any imperfections. And I didn't want to booger them up just in case I wanted to put everything back to stock if I didn't like the results. I do like the results and am glad I did it.
O I C. I had visions of the screws heads ground all the way off.

If you grind/file the screw and don't remove it, you run the risk of it coming out.

I think you need to trade Linda for a model with fewer miles.

My favorite. I had planned to ride it back and forth on Saturday until I couldn't stand it. Went in search of new roads instead.

And it still could pass for a brand new bike. If only Honda would build something like it. Well done Andy, you have excellent taste!

When I read the title, I was expecting something funny. What a let down. I guess its off season.
So, anyway...
Most of us here are old enough that we would never double check our load. :goofy:
There....funny ha ha.

Although I have never been down on the street, I did find my skills in doubt when I changed from my 02 to my 03. After much study and help here, I found that the bikes setups were just that different. Worked on the 03 and got back in shape. Just sayin that maybe its not you as much as you think. Good luck with it.

I've just returned from riding a new bike. Not many things live up to the hipe in my view but the PC3 and Cozye's map have transformed my bike. The on off throttle control is now linear instead of the two postion switch that it was. My bike came with gutted cans and used to pop a lot on deceleration....now gone. This bike is soooo smooth now. If you are sitting on the fence, get off.
I will be making another donation for this effort. Thanks to all of you who make this site what it is.

Valve seals usually show up as smoke on startup as well.
