Same is true on the FI CBR1100XX. I've got my PAIR removed, solenoid disconnected, intake capped, no issues. Mod is suggested on the XX anytime you fit an aftermarket exhaust (I've got an Akrapovič full system with PCIII on my XX). Fly "Speed Is Life!"
