  5. Ok, we've got 44 attendees at the moment. I have the following taken care of: T-shirts Beer Tent, chairs, tables badges Saturdays Meal Voluntee Leads for Novice group I still need: large trash cans for Kegs, we bought 3 last year and left them at motel, can someone try to locate them We'll need to put kegs on ice as soon as they arrive Thursday, can someone please get that accomplished? Can someone please request that all cars vacate from the rear area we use each year. Carey will bring and set up tent. There will be more. Thank you. BR
  6. If I'm not mistaken we have a bunch of first time attendees this year, please raise your hands. We also have 2-3 Lead Volunteers for the Novice group which is excellent if we have a bunch of newer riders. Thanks all and see you soon. BR

  12. Yes, for the most part. We TRY to have a riders meeting around 9 am and split up after that.
  13. Sounds good, if possible I like to limit group size to 6 or less.
  14. Well folks we are less then a week out till TexasMac 2016. Safe travels and see you there. If anyone needs a place to crash in Nashville on their way to the Tmac give me a ring. I plan a 7-8 hr twisty back road run over on Thursday morning. BR
  15. That sounds great! I take it you know the area and can lead using the PACE? It is the Novice/Beginners group that I want the best taken care of, all my other groups are usually seasoned riders and have attended several events. BR
