We wanted to place the Cross up on the side of the hill some so it wouldn't be a distraction for people riding by or get messed with by lower life forms. It's set into the hill with two SS rods and cement. -
Keith aka Ponrod offered to build this amazing Cross for the event and had never even meet Bruce (TexasMac) Your awesome brother ! -
Lou, it is on Hwy 28 just south of the last entrance of Fontana Village as the road drops down the hill into a series of 15-20 mph turns. It's on the right just coaming out of the first 180 deg. turn to the left. Were having the 1st Annual TexasMac Memorial Ride this April 27th-30th. kevin

I think it is one of the most creative framing and subject pictures here. Most of our shots are just our bikes in front of a nice background. There's really not a lot of skill to take a picture of our bike's and the people who are lucky enough to live near really beautiful surroundings, have it that much easier. I don't see how several of these shots even made the finals including mine ! But hey, it's not Kodac.com is it ! :-) I liked it right off, good job TY.......... ! -
