I'll always remember the GoldWing guy comming the other direction on Monitor last month as I was showing my wife some neat places to camp. Ear to ear grin and you just knew he was comming from either the Carson or Alpine pass and headed to the Sonora or Tioga pass. If you find yourself here, you've most likely just finished an epic ride while enjoying another with more to come. Kudos to Brian for the pic from here he customized..made it my desktop. We almost got down to the bottom and he made the call to check it out from the top. Thanks again for showing us around Tom..looking forward to seeing you next time through.

I guess we would have figured out how to siphon gas? I had a little bit in my campstove.

Yes, it is along highway 96 comming back from the mt Shasta area heading to the coast. It was taken at the same time as the 1 featured from Brianf a few weeks ago.

Thank you... the 98 sure has been nice to me.

Couldn't agree more with the title and caption. Nice one Brian.

We had a great time before the storm chased us out..my new PR4s worked very well, my armored jeans not quite as well.

Did I read that dyno a few pages over correctly? 5 HP from a cam regrind combined with re dyno tune?

Ahh, but not the Boss Brian....I was trying to fill in some parts missed from your last epic taking into account that they'll close down soon.
The bags are an obsolete model make by RKA...they work with a high mount carbon can because they have sort of a lamb fur backing to insulate.
Because they are so funky they show up cheap on Ebay from time to time

It's from the southern rim of Yosemite Valley about 30 miles off of CA-41(Wawona Rd) on Glacier Point road.
An awful ride during tourist season but very nice right now....Wawona Rd also has a nice long tunnel well suited to 5th gen engine harmonics.
