Shasta, indeed. From a little road called Gazelle-Callahan that runs between Weed/Old Highway 99 and the Trinity Lakes Highway (CA3). An absolute gem of a road.

Can't help it, I'm a critic at heart haha. I leveled the subject, not the horizon. Canon t2i with standard 18-55 kit lens with Tiffen circular polarizer for most in this set, including this one.

If you want all the details, click "Options" on the top right, you can view EXIF on any photo on this site.

To save the trouble, this one is 22mm, f/6.3, 1/100, ISO100, Flash off Auto mode. I rotated the polarizer about 1/2 way from max because the sky looked too blue. As you can see from the other photos, I don't always go for pics that look "real" but that was my intent here.
