  1. Up for sale is an NOS Honda Air filter for the 1987 NC24 VFR400. 17210-MLO-720. Not sure if it fits other years. $25 plus shipping. PayPal with fees covered/US Postal MO/cash Thanks Magna
  2. Up for sale is a very nice rear seat cowl for a 1990-93 VFR. The cowl has had one plastic tab repair and it's very solid. Never had any issues with it on the bike. $125 plus shipping. PayPal with fees covered/cash/US Postal MO Thanks Magna
  3. Just buy the motion pro carb sync. Its the best investment you can make with carburated motorcycles. I just use a 1/4" ratchet and sockets with a swivel joint to reach the adjustment screw on the carbs.
  4. If you tighten the boots too much you can cause the leak to be worse. So either cracked boots finally letting to much air pass, dirty carbs, and or a failing coil or wire since it become more problematic once heated up. My bikes had only parts of the PAIR system attached and they run great. If you swap the boots might as well clean the carbs to check for blockage and worn needle valves. Easy to do don't have to totally disassemble them. Can of carb cleaner, compressed air and some thin wire for passages. You can check the resistance of the wires and coils I believe to see if they are failing.
  5. I'll be purchasing a few of these kits once I can get some sort of a workspace setup again next year. All projects are on hold as of now and in storage. :-(
  6. Hello Everyone, In my reserach I see there is no one making complete left exhaust systems for our bikes expect the high priced Sandy Bike Spares from what I have researched are Chinese made of poor quality. Am I correct? I found that Motad makes a complete system still for the 4th gen but it exits on the right. As I understand the 3rd and 4th gen exhausts are interchangable. I know the facotry stuff is because I have 4th gen stock collector on my 92. I emailed them about making a left exit style like the Sandy Spares. Ian replied saying that they would be interested in build a set if we could get a guaranteed group buy of atleast 20 people. He also stated they would need someones bike to use for developement, mock and testing including dyno in UK. That way they can makesure the bikes still mainain their low end power. He also stated could be made with a silencer or the standard slipon type fitment. He is quoting the sets at around 250 euros or 330 euros with the Venom Silencer. What interest do you guys have and lets see if we can get this together! I'd really like a left exit for the 92 so I can show off the wheel. I appreciated any comments or feedback. Thanks, Magna

  9. I plan on doing alot of road trips on my 92. Never had a tankbag on my Magna. What tank bags do you like for the VFR's? I want one that isn't soo large it affects the riding position. But is well made and durable. Also what about bags fotr the rear whether saddle bags or a bag stacked on the passenger seat. Any input would be appreciated.
