Hulked Up...I agree with you here. I didn?t want to go with the mod in this post either because I don?t really want to be drilling into the bike or cutting the license plate to fit.
I?m also thinking about just cutting the bottom of the mud flap off at the bottom of the license plate. I agree this would keep the area between the mufflers clean and offer some protection. The huggers I looked into are pretty expensive.
Do you have any pics or suggestions as how and where to cut the plastic so that it looks good. I'm concerned that cutting the plastic will leave a ruff edge and look sloppy. Any thoughts?
Agree the mirros are a nice touch! Would they require any special prep to be painted? I was thinking of painting mine, but notice the finish is not completely smooth. Any thoughts?
