This car is begging to have that motor placed in it!

When I saw "What Spark Plug you are running on ?" I could not resist the urge to say:
"Hopefully, all 4 of them"

I haven't tried them, but I bet they would keep the aluminum levers from staining the palms of my gloves. Maybe I should get some.
Thats funny because I cant wait for a new set of gloves to get the brake/clutch lever stains on em. Makes them look road worthy.

first there was sliced bread.
................and now we are complete!

how are you planning on "de-dumboing"

I could have used that on my Volvo 240 and its notorious dingy headlamps. Good find.

Thats extra cool, espescially because that is where I have my switch for my heated grips and I want that switch moved. So I already have a hole there.
Looks really really good.

I have a tent that I sue now and again tht has a different approach.
It is a tough outter shell in the shape of a Quonset hut. The inner tents hang from the inside and make 3 rooms. I just put up one side for my "room", use the centre for gear and put the bike on the other side. It all packs down fairly small and it eliminates any night time foolishness with your bike.
Also, when it is cold, you put your bike in there after a ride and just before you sack out, and it is a space heater.

interesting topic. Nobody has mentioned ease of put-up/take down. The last thing you need after hours and hours in the seat is fighting a nylon origami gorrila.
-
yea they said it....seat time. try commuting on it for a while and before you know it, you will beg for some interesting riding.
-
I thought about your bike last night while I was reading an article in classic bike magazine about a Leverda endurance racer with a simmilar front end set up and a wacky swing arm arrangement.

Nice work! Those are neat little lights.
What's the plan when they melt the plastic headlight lense?
If you do get problems with random light, could you just get Timmy to paint everything inside the assembly flat black?
I'm sorry what was that, I was busy shaking a rattle can..........................

The extra unnesery part after an engine rebiuld.
Yeah yeah, that's it! I always have a couple of those whenever I take anything apart. If it still runs and sounds ok, you just didn't need it and it is just useless weight.
ppm
we call stuff left over after an engine rebuild "left shoulder bolts"
Now imagine a greasy mechanic tossing bolts behind his back.
