Has anyone ever tried GOPRO? I've read alot of decent things about their cameras and the quality of the camera's look decent. Decently priced...although they are a bit clunky and limited in recording time, but heck...you get a camera you can use scuba diving, bike anywheres...
?
There's been quite a bit about GoPro on this site. From watching samples from vimeo, it looks pretty good. Very reasonably priced as well.
And a quick search in the nifty integrated search bar returns this THREAD
And mind you. There are different versions of the GoPro. I would get the GoPro Wide Hero

No, but I've been looking at this lately.
Its pretty big, but it has a lot of usable features.

there are very few 'current gen' camcorders that have video inputs and mic inputs. And there seems to be a gap growing between the consumer and pro cameras. For most positions it seems SD DV-based cameras work the best. Then again, if you are getting a camera for the inputs, there are other recording devices out there to do that. Some even have multiple camera inputs.

+1 on the clear with yellow.

I gotta keep a closer watch on this thread now that i'm in the 5th gen club.

So, its early on in the century, and you wish there was a way to warm your tush while riding. Well, what do you have that is warm and can be turned on and off...

roommate found this, figured i'd have to share. It even has proper endorsements. Probably need to hook a troller up to it though. Low/High may not be enough.

but you're probably going to be looking for beer cans anyways, no :goofy:

I want to do it to mine, but I promised myself not to mess with the 4th gen now that its running :comp13:

why did you go with 1/4" tubing as opposed to 5/32"? Probably was easier to fill, but can't think of much else.

why bother with making it electrical when mechanical is so much better. I just throw my chain mail suit in the oven for a bit before a cold ride
