Rotor shots

I mounted the screws on the rotors with nuts on the back side. Why?

1. they sit up off the surface it sits an inch to inch and a half..

2. but more importantly, I did not wanna paint the rotor without the screws, only to tighten the mounting screws to 20 ft/lbs and crack the paint out... I learned the first time..
