StubyDoo
Hi All, I've just bought a Cat D write off so I thought I'd join the party. It's a 2014 model in black and I've already repaired it and had it painted but can't get the road tax until the paperwork turns up in a couple of weeks. I've now got my VFR800Vtec A-9 up for sale but until it's sold there are two Viffers in my garage. I saved around £2.5k buying an insurance write off but as the damage was only cosmetic I can live with it.
Hainzy
Why the decision to go for the latest model over the A-9, if you don't mind me asking?Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
StubyDoo
Price. It will only have cost me a few hundred pounds rather than thousands to swap my bike.
Hainzy
Fair play, and well placed decision I've ridden the new 8th, nice bike and smoother than the A-9. I like the fact its a more compact motorcycle, but personally didn't feel it was much of a leap forward for me.Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk
