93 750 Carb rebuild--what gasket, seals, etc. should be replaced

I finally got the carbs removed!  Thanks to all who offered tips.  I didn't have to resort to my BFH.

Since the tank was very rusty (now clean thanks to cider vinegar) I'm going to disassemble and clean the carbs thoroughly.  What o-rings, gaskets, diaphragms, etc. should I replace?  Where best to buy?  Any opinions on the litter Vitron kits?

Thanks.

K&L sells a good rebuild kit. I think I got mine from Amazon.

Do you need a special tool to remove the idle screws on that bike? If so, I got mine from Amazon too.

Besides that, depending on how long it has sat, I would consider simply replacing the pilot jets, instead of trying to clean the old ones. I might even go one size bigger.

I would also clean the choke circuits. It's a PITA and not typically done, but I've had to do it on the last two bikes I had apart in order to get a clean start sequence.
