Guest HondaJoe
So I was dropping the oil today in my 83' Interceptor when I noticed it seemed dark, surprised, because the previous owner had just replaced it not long before I bought it. Curious I stuck my finger in the stream as it poured out of the pan. GAS! It was Dark yet really thin. When oil is typically dark it's thick, and it smelled of gas. I've looked on some other forums to see what the problem could be, my first thought of course was head gaskets but most suggested that a faulty petcock could be the problem. Any help with this would be much appreciated.
