toddulu
I bought the Motorola S9-HD STEREO headphones to use w/ my Zumo and am completely disappointed with the sound quality. They are on par with listening to a 50 year old AM radio. Has anyone else tried any others and been happy with them???

At first i was getting poor AM radio sound out of it and discovered my phone had to be set to Bluetooth Stereo headphones mode, then i got all the volume and stereo sound. Member Contributer coopduc Posted September 29, 2009 Member Contributer Share Posted September 29, 2009 This may be slightly off topic, but do bluetooth headphones allow you to hear the GPS direction commands through the headphones?
Member Contributer Cageless-in-Seattle Posted September 29, 2009 Member Contributer Share Posted September 29, 2009 The Zumo-550 does not have stereo output via BT. You'll need a BT dongle attached to the audio out port and paired to your headphones to receive stereo. Here's a link to the Zumo Forums regarding stereo dongle discussion: http://www.zumoforums.com/index.php?topic=8107.
