The carbon cans are not in the most ideal shape and from what I recall the person I obtained it from was going to replace the carbon fiber can parts with fresher units, but that never came to fruition. The "stash" part of the system had one of the rings removed, but it can be riveted back in place easily enough. There is a set of keys to the "stash" can, so it can be used as intended.
