Timmie Posted December 2, 2023 Share Posted December 2, 2023 Hi I have recently bought a 5th gen 2000 VFR which seemed to perform well. I am checking through things and found that the pipe from the bypass control solinoid valve to the variable air intake valve on top of the air box had been blanked off. Member Contributer boOZZIE Posted December 3, 2023 Member Contributer Share Posted December 3, 2023 This is to keep the VAI flapper open for "the full potential of the VFR" 😀 There's a dyno sheet with this and gain .5 hp in parts of rev range also more grrrr when on the gas.
