My tank bag was getting a bit tired. The mounting strap lays over that stupid soft black paint on the tank as well... maybe grants a bit of protection. Seems to be a decent bit of kit. Anyway, knowing how rare OEM accessories are for these gen7 bikes, thought I'd throw out the FYI. Came with all necessary mounting bits new in a box. includes a rain cover and carry strap.
