I bought a harbor freight tire changer, aprox $100 it paid for itself after 3 sets of tires. I ride alot so its saved me alot of money over the years. I can change a set of tires in less than an hour by myself and be on the road. Of corse you need an aircompressor, tire irons, and some soapy water, I used antifreeze instead of soapywater.

I will be doing this next time. I hear the Mojo bar makes a huge difference as well. This time I was stuck and in a hurry...this is my commuter so I couldn't wait.
