  5. One of the bikes I had up for sale did sell yesterday, no project CBR600F4i anymore, it has left the building.......
  6. The SevenFifty front brakes felt like dragging a bit, so only one thing to do, take them off Other piston in both callipers didn't move freely, upper in other and lower in other caliper. The other did move out whit just air pressure but other needed to be pushed out whit hydraulics. Not so good looking, sure need for a overhaul! So into the ultrasonic cleaner is next step.....well rubber parts out first trough...

  10. This has no rattle at idle, has sounds like something slipping as you go away,
  11. I have other dilemmas also concerning my 2 RC24, the RWB one, still wonder if worth the hassle changing the oil pump chain, doesn't feel that loose actually. There is a sound like something slipping as you go away whit it, but can it come from the clutch springs move in the wear in the clutch inner bosses? On the Red I would like to install the F2 CBR rear wheel but current exhaust doesn't allow to raise the rear whit a 88-89 shock. I don't have tools (welding as tube turning) to fabricate a new exhaust, the Bitubo aftermarket shock on the RWB is slightly longer than stock, but don't know if it even fits whit the Devil exhaust. I have the 900rr front fairing but it's missing a bit at upper part where mirror mounting and have not found a damaged cheap enough to buy whit that part healthy. So a lot hanging in the air....
  12. As I moved one motorcycle to the back room I now have more space in the garage, so the other RC24 is now more easy to work on, both in fact. So did take off the cracked tail end. Maybe I just have to face the fact it's a bit worse that I hope, as I do have a really good tail section. 🤔
  13. Well as things is, I have come to a so called cash point. Need to focus on what to put money into, and the fact I got myself a hobby car as well, well more a nostalgic dayly drive actually, that also needed some love as money as still will, and bringing a old car back to life for younger son same time doesn't help. I today put the 2001 CBR600 back together so I don't forget where bit's belongs, aside side fairings and parts missing. It needs quit a bit money put into to be a runner (2 new keys ~80€, fuel pump ~80-150€ depending on make, fuel pressure regulator ~20-150€ depends on china or OEM, sparkplugs ~80-120€, missing bits ~200-300€, new tires ~250-350€ plus new fluids as air/oil filter....) , more that I have just now as extra money. And then moved it in the back room to get more work space in the garage. Actually I listed it if someone hooks on, but price is firm, and if it doesn't sell It just will wait. You probably spot the 92 CBR600 there as well as the Zephyr 550 cafe as a dirtbike, that is actually a friend's, in there to. Moved the SevenFifty more central And think I have to look through the front brakes as feeling the front is dragging a bit even should be gone thro not that long ago. Maybe the brake lines not letting pressure 100% back? I noticed I have brained lines for it, the lower 2. It's a motorcycle I sure like to ride next season. The hard cases as rack I tock off, as it's not a stylish whit them I think, will probably end up for sale after all I think 🤔

  25. Fresher tire mounted, the Avon Roadrider that I had around, DOT early 2019, far more fresh than 2003! And about same age as rear as it's late 2018
