I wanted to take that trip to Florida Keys.
But after reading about heavy traffic, lots of tourists, and very pricey motels I passed on that trip.
What was your experience?
Worth the ride or maybe go someplace less crowded?
thanks.

At first I thought it was Baileyrock :fing02: ....then I am thinking...now where did he get a red one?
What would be great is this guy doing this on a demo ride/test ride....the owner/dealer may get a slight queasy feeling.

Sam, Quit tearing up that bike or maybe you have some sparklers taped on there?.
You are just a lucky SOB to live near the GAP and in riders paradise.
-
This guy I like...its that whiney actor guy that should stay home next trip around.
-
thats GOOD LUCK, its a signal of some sort

Whats that shiny thing in the middle of the road? Why it looks like a Honda key.
Bummer on the bad day, I hope BR gets a do-over on the Colorado ride real soon.
It was a great trip/event for me. I was very impressed with the area, beautiful.

I have been there.

Nice...Kansas took all day, great ride into Colorado at sunset

I was wondering why that nice TDM getting blocked by those other bikes.?!
Hey I have same TDM but no rwb VFR, maybe since you have 2 ..can send me one to restore balance in the universe?
-
Wish I looked that good wearing a hefty bag.
That dude just pulled that bike right outta' the lake....
like it was nothin'...
amazing!

Great picture!
The Mts are good, the red VFR on a track is good, whats up with the digging/post and camper? kinda wrecks the natural setting unless its a great outdoor MX track than thats aok.

" Do your own thing in your own time"
I like your bike. It looks like you have done a tremendous amount of work and put effort into a great restore.
Honda is the lowest common denominator of all the same cookie-cutter bikes...you took one and made it yours, custom, one of a kind.
It looks good. Whats most important is finding what you like and going for it. I don't like HDs but I really like the fact that this group of riders strives to make a bike a personal statement, something unique and one of a kind, for an individual rider.
great work here IMO.
PS- I know the group will love my l.c.d honda statements here, lol

That place is special to me as I "raced" a hare scrambles (135 miles long) starting in Pioche, NV and ending in Caliente, NV. It was a long time ago after just buying my 92 KTM d/xc 550 and great memories. I stayed in an old hotel, Hot Springs where you could sit in a giant cement tub and turn on hot mineral water right out of the mountain. What I great trip, rode in Utah for a few days, drove all the way from Indiana. I think the MT on the right side of pic was a very steep downhill at the end of the race/finish line. I have an old VHS tape with racers who went pro in their early days, was a very scenic trip for me. Great to ride out on a dirtbike there, Doug

Hey Grasshopper (yoshi on mt50),
Nice use of the "walk the ricepaper" in between spokes....how'd you do that?
