  1. Looking for words of wisdom what works. Want upgrade to LED 6000 k headlights an not loose headlight modulation on my gen4 1997 Honda vfr that I've upgraded to use h4 bulbs many years ago.  I don't ride at night anymore so night vision is not a issue.  I know space will be a issue behind headlight mounts an in fairing.

  2. Any words of wisdom what can be done on a gen4 to upgrade to H4 LED's white 6000k an have them pulse?  I've all ready upgraded to better H4's an added the pulse of head lights many years ago its bullet proof many miles passed test of time.  Want upgraded look of headlight shine an lesson electrical load on system an not loose headlight pulse.  I don't ride at night anymore so night vision via certain bulbs or gadgets not needed. Want stay OEM with bulb h4 mount an space behind an in fairing I know will be a issue with going LED an keep the pulseing headlight's

  3. Link doesn't work.  FYI use to be a place that did upgrades on gen4's to if I recall 838cc many years ago.  Place purchased a kit from Europe an added things found to work including full suspension work if wanted.  Name might have been dynohm owners name was Brian law located in Canada between Kingston an Montreal.  I almost purchased one they made.  A friend purchased it an put many hard miles on it.  He since passed away not sure what happed to it

  4. Good info...but have had the shindengen sh847 series rr for years with a extra heat sink and DC could fan cooling it..  also have heated grips vest, gps, radar detector, cruise control, gsxr mirror lights, extra rear brake lights air an Hella horns, heads up display

Please detail all of what you found to save on voltage...maybe I missed a way an or maybe someone else will learn from em.

  5. Thnank you for words of wisdom an what i may not know i should consider.  Lol grasshopper...you must know of me...fyi I've been part of the vfr scene for decades....the 80's when I started with 86 750.  Yes of late I've been in the wings lurking.  This link shows an tells...I have a ultimate set of tools and know how to use them after I have pushed the limits of what a gen4 was made to do...an make it better...for me after accidents and me learning my limits an my steed

  6. Thank you for the reply.  Which h4 LED's do you have? Did they fit with controller and all with no isses?  I read reviews the Cree or piaa h4's are good.  Still not sure if they will allow modulation with the way ones I have dropping high beam voltage By 20%.  An if modulators for dual h4 LED's are made I can't find em.  I don't ride as much as I use to even less at night so this will be to basicly save power draw...that with all my other gadgets I could use the power for an not have watch my voltage draw as closely.

  7. Thank you for the reply.  I have Googled it before I posted an couldn't find any dual h4 head light led kits and or that will fit in a gen 4 an work well. Meaning really bright white 5000/6000 k an have really good usable light at night in the gen4 head light housing.  Please post details if you know of them.  I'm really looking for someone that's done this on a gen4 an can add info they found in doing this an found results I'm looking for.  Results I found that don't even offer led modulators...

Don't remember who made them. Came from Germany and was only able to get them threw a German VFR group purchase since the place that made them didn't make many and only when a group purchase made it worth the effort. Cost me a over $400. Make me a fair offer and I may be motivated go look for them. FYI I took them off cause the pegs don't fold up and when my bike was backed in to by a car and knocked it over my frame cracked....and just a minor scuff on the peg....so they are very strong....
