It is #4. I don’t know how they went through the carbs! I’m about to the point of buying something different. I’m tired of getting the raw end of the deal

Si I just picked up a 97 vfr750 that had set for a year or so. And figured I should clean the fuel system. And when I pulled the carbs off I looked down towards the valves and what do I see in 3 cylinders? The o-rings with the little nipples on it. How? Any ideas?
