  1. Ok, so I managed to remove the ECU from the bracket! I need a new ECU plug though... Has anyone got a plug going spare, or a partial loom that has one please?
  2. Hello everyone. I was removing the cluster bracket at the front of the bike to paint and tidy it up and I destroyed the black plug trying to unplug it! (See picrures) And i STILL can't get the CDI ECU out! Please someone help and advise? Thanks Luke.
  3. I have the complete front braking system as well as the abs and link parts off my 6th gen VFR. -The REAR caliper is NOT available. All works as it should, taken off due to streetfighter build and delinking brakes. £100 GBP Plus postage. I will post worldwide. Thanks for looking!
  4. Some good info here! I have got a VTR1000 4 row oil cooler on it's way from Japan. It comes with all the fittings so i can play around with them and still have my original ones spare if it goes wrong. I'm going to try braided rubber lines and clamps attached to the oem fitting on the sump.
  5. Hi everyone. So i have removed the bike's sump, oil cooler and lines and they are rusty as hell! What options are out there for an upgrade? The stock gen 6 cooler is TINY- what other coolers fit? Thanks Luke.
  6. Thanks and yes I upgraded the rear shock to a Hagon, set for my weight and I am currently looking for F4 fork lowers so once fitted, I can take to a specialist for upgraded springs etc. I am flushing the coolant, changing oil and starting her up today.
  7. Hi to you all. I passed my bike test just over 1 year ago and have been riding a year 2000 CBR600. I started on a VFR streetfighter project 8 weeks ago, some pics attached... I may have a few questions on their way soon as I about to start on the front end... Any tips/advice is welcome! Luke.
