Hi dallasb, I have an '05 Canadian ABS model (VFR800A5 code on the white sticker under the seat just behind the tank), it does not appear to have HISS. Other models I've seen have HISS displayed around the ignition, mine does not. Not sure if that means it has HISS or doesn't. What code is on yours under the seat? I can check in my Hayne's manual tonight and see if I can get a picture of the wiring diagram you need
