Is the recall only on the 2002? I have a 2003 with 23k, did the vharness, installed voltage meter and cleaned connections not long after I bought it because 30amp fuse was getting warmer then I liked. But it seems like lately the voltage is still low at idle. I have seen 12.3v at idle with lights on high and fan rums. Always is about 14.2 around 2500k or above though.
