Monk, do you have the Touring Lip or the regular lip? I have the touring lip and I really like it.

I used a round ring like a key ring but smaller to attach my brake light switch to the pedal after I lowered it.

With your rear brake dragging, make sure that there is still space between the bottom of the bolt you just shortened and the brake pedal. When I first lowered mine, I turned the bolt too far and it kept the pedal from fully returning.

IF you can get past the looks, the Laminar Lip Touring model is great for me. I am 6'2" and it is better than stock or the ZG sport touring shield. No buffeting at all.

Yes - the fan moves air from the outside of the fairing through to the area in front of the engine. IMO the auto-shutoff at around 30 mph or so would be trick feature and big plus for such a kit.

This is confusing to me. My fan blows air from underneath the fairing to the outside of the fairing. It pushes air through the radiator rather than pulling air through the radiator. If I am reading your description correctly, it is going in the wrong direction.

Am I correct in assuming that the fan pushes against normal airflow, then? I noticed that my fan pushes rather than pulls air. I had wondered if that was normal.

The size and weight of the flywheel will affect the amount of engine braking.

I noticed both of you guys that posted pics of your setups (5th and 6th gen) that your triples are dropped about an inch down the forks? Is that for any specific reason?

That is the way they come from the factory. The clip ons mount above the top triple tree cclamp.

They were the first thing I bought after I got my VFR. I was surprised at how comfortable I was without them given that my old Bandit and Connie made my knees hurt. But, with the lowering blocks I can ride all day without a hint of knee pain.

I just bought my 07 VFR and was wondering if anyone knows how to Change the air and coolant temp from Fahrenheit to Celsius. The Speedo will change from Miles to Kilometers but that is all that changes when I hold down the button on the left side of the dash.

If you loved Merica the way you are supposed to, then you would be happy to have it register in Fahrenheit. Come on, you know you want to learn the right way to measure temperature.
