That's me on the left. Me and my buddy got a tour of Jay Leno's garages. It was cooooooooooooool.

Nice shot. I remember the first time I was in CA. During the floods of 1995 (Feb). Drove at night in the fog from Thousand Oaks south on 23 (Decker rd.) down to PCH. Wow! What a trip. The next time I drove it on a clear day I thought I was lucky I did not drive off a cliff. Rode my VFR out to CA in 2005 and 2006. Then on the Goldwing in 2010. Can't get too much of CA for great riding.

I will riding that road in about 2 weeks (approx Sept. 9th). Can't wait!

Rode it South to North (going UP) in fall of 2006. Need to ride it again. No traffic, but some animals and if you go off no one will ever know!

Can anyone help me with the rear hugger's details (supplier, price etc...)?

It was made by NWS. I can't remember what company I bought it through. It's real carbon fiber. I think I paid about $240.

I've been real happy with it. I like how it extends down low at the bottom. It keeps the rear tire from throwing so much crap on the shock, etc.

If those would have been Red VFR's the police would never of caught them.

Where / when.

I hate to see that in my mirrors. I've had my bike for 3 1/2 years (40,000 miles) and been pulled over twice (77 in 70 and 66 in 60), both times they were fishing for more. When they see its an old fart 49 yrs young I think they cut me and my buddies some slack.

It's a great road. Jerome is a neat little town.
