hey dragon your not the only one thats fail now, i tried mounting mine on a Konig lace (17x7) and it wont seat. im going to try a few more shops before i i give up.

Use dish soap...and a lot of it. It should seat with 80 psi or so. Getting the tire warm also helps.

They look ok...and it will give you somewhere to mount highway pegs too

I was thinking of checking the valves, but it would be on this engine!

It is, nickle, copper, then chrome

Have you considered that it might be the clutch? You really have to watch the clutch on VFR's. :blink:
