God, I hate incompetence!

Those low-lifes failed to steal the bike even though they had the key. They did manage to twist the key and bugger the ignition lock in the process.

Found a set of second hand locks and keys on eBay and replaced everything.

They were 'kind' enough to leave the damaged key so I could re-use the HISS transponder saving me the major expense of replacing the ECU as well.

For that, I am thankful. NOT!
