I've never been able to fully decide if I like Beetle Bags or not.......I had a set (then sold em') on a VTX1800C.....fit well, tucked in well, good capacity.....yours seem to be the same "BUT", I just never completely get over the they're-just-so-different thing. Yours acually look better than my VTX ones did....If you like em', that's all that matters.................. :wheel:

HEY, I'M FAMOUS! :o Thanks to whomever pinned this.

I actually bought the bike last year with the bags on it. I have used them twice so far. Once for the 350-mile ride home from the dealer, and once for the Fall Dragon ride, as pictured above.

From the front, they do make me look like I have big hips, though. :wheel: They definitely are different-looking but they grew on me. After an hour in the nice twisties down there, I didn't notice they were on. Unfortunately, I may have to get rid of them, unless I can find a better place to mount the remote res. for my new shock. I hardly use them, but I have a feeling they're something later on if I sell them.

As I said before when we met up to ride to Fall Meet, I didn't like them at first but by the return trip home, they kinda grew on me. Looking good! Hope things are going well up there. Assuming your not going to get a chance to make it to Tmac this year? Cya around.

As as side note, I think you were behind me in that pic!
