Phoned honda uk and they confirmed the actual price is £850 +vat and the website is wrong. Anybody had any luck buying one at the website price??? JustinR55 Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 If it's in black and white on Honda paperwork and doesn't say that £554.40 was for a limited time only, Honda are required to sell the package to you at that price. If they don't, tell them you'll get trading standards involved. The law states that a trader must not deliberately display misleading pricing, but if an error has occurred and they have priced goods incorrectly, they are not obliged to sell them to you at the marked price, rather, they are to inform you of the correct price prior to payment. Having said that though, I'm not sure if you'd now be able to report them for misleading pricing, as they are now aware it is wrong... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
