I didn?t want to go with the mod in this post either because I don?t really want to be drilling into the bike or cutting the license plate to fit. I?m also thinking about just cutting the bottom of the mud flap off at the bottom of the license plate. I agree this would keep the area between the mufflers clean and offer some protection. The huggers I looked into are pretty expensive. Do you have any pics or suggestions as how and where to cut the plastic so that it looks good. Guest mickbackroll Posted April 8, 2009 Share Posted April 8, 2009 disasemble the fender remove the metal part that is holding it put it back on (the metal one ) and put back the license plate light! you dont need to brake any thing and you can put everything back together if you need to!!!
