Changing charging relay location and adding accessories

Hello all, from what I've read about Honda's charging relay and VFR's problems of it overheating to a fault I'm planning to change the location.

1. First to change the location of the relay to a rich air supply to help it cool better. Does anyone did any of this mod? Where should be the best air and low moisture location? 

 

2. On the other hand, in the near future I will add heated grips (Oxfords 4A)+heated seats (2x35W) and a USB charging feature (2A)+ 2x120°angle camera recording system (2A). The question is, how much power will draw all those accessories and if there is an auxiliary fuse box with 4/5 slots. 

 

3.The fuse box will be connected to the contact switch (it will help alot the proper wiring /color scheme). 

4. Do I need to make some adjustments to the power supply to accommodate those add-ons, and if so, what to look for.
