Blown 10A fuse for the signals, clock and kilometers

Hello everybody,

I have a VFR1200F 2015 model and I am facing an electrical issue.

One of the 10 A fuse is blown repeatedly. This fuse is for the turn signals, and the dashboard readings (clock, km counter).
Two years ago a workshop installed heated grips on my VFR (non original Honda). After the installation they were working fine for almost 2 years. Then the fuse was burnt for the first time. They replaced it and it was working for about 1 day till it was burnt again. Again replaced, worked for 3 days. Then, they tried with a 15A but same result after 1 day. Again replaced it and it was good for 1 week only. I disconnected the grips now, but the cabling is still installed and it is still blowing the fuse after a day or two.
 

Does anyone have an idea what the cause might be and where should I look at?
