CCT Noise at start up

Hello All,

New to the forum and need some advice regarding CCT's.

 

I have a 2004 VFR 800 with 45k miles.  After an oil change I noticed the typical CCT noise.  I replaced with OEM CCTs both front and back.  Problem seemed to go away, however after about 1k miles I'm noticing the noise again at start up.  Once I ride it goes away even when idling.  No other issues like loss of power..VTEC kicks it nice.

 

Questions:

-Could the CCTs go bad again that fast?

-Is manual CCT the way to go?

-Any other thoughts on what it could be?

 

I've searched all the forums and there is tons of info on CCT issues, however I'm not seeing much on still making noise after changing and/or only at start up.
