Don't you mean WEST Texas?

Looks like hwy 19 to me, and I love riding in that area, John Day Fossil Beds N.M. Though I live in beautiful Idaho, many of my favorite rides are in N.E. Oregon. Spectacular scenery plus great twisties equal sport-touring heaven.

I got snowed on last time I was on 191. Stopped at Hannigan Meadows for breakfast (camped out in N.F. south of there), I was frozen and they didn't even have a fire in the fireplace. The pancakes were good, though.

Damn, that looks cold. And is the bike on the right heading home? :D
