if engine braking is too much just go for a higher gear, problem solved, dont release the throttle completelly

i personally think this is an useless idea. at least i believe that the way the thermoswitch works is the way it is supposed to work. i ride on trafic and i see no point of leaving the fan ON since the bike shuts it off when there is no need for it turns it on again when you need.

how about a honda silverwing? the scooter version not the old vtwin silverwing.

I dont mean to be rude or anything, but i have been there, looking for more power on a 250cc bike is just expensive and worthless... those small bikes were made for around town. your friend thinks she needs more power. its time to move on to a bigger bike.

Great find but I am in Mexico and this part is not going to be delivered as fast as i need it plus the shipping would make it expensive, ill order one for the next time but this time I will have to use my home made tool

ok guys, i just went shopping and found a flaring tool set for around 16 usdollars, i already had a few c-clamps laying around, are you interested on seeing some pictures for those who may like to go this way instead of buying the specific/expensive tool?

Is it a must that you place the rivet link on the sprocket to do this?? Because I may be able to get a tool to do this job but i would need the chain to he hanging under the swingarm

Is there any way to service this?

Excelent idea I was about to pay for having my chain changed just because i didn't had the tools to do it myself, one question, how tight you have to press on the river? Just trial and error until it looks ok?

can someone post a video or something to get an idea of what it sounds like before and after?? i'd really like to do this cheap mod but i dont wanna risk hating the results...
