That tape is still on my bike, you'll see it again very soon!

Yes, it's just blue painter's tape. Mirrors do not need to be removed for sportbiketracktime, but they do need to be taped. It's just four bolts to remove the mirrors, and I like them out of the way for track days.

It only takes a few minutes to apply the tape, and even less to remove it. Totally worth it.

Solomoto, I didn't even notice that. Weird, they are just normal Lobster mirror extenders, but something about the angle of the photo makes them look like they are 3 times as long. Strange!
