Europe Heights

I was in the Picos for about 10 days in 92 on my mountain bike towards the end of a 5.5 month journey that started in Vienna, Austria. Is that the Naranja de Bulnes in the background? If so is that the road leading up to the Cares Gorge? I rode up the Cares Gorge and then ended up spending the night in Ria?o after taking a wrong turn before returning to Arenas de Cabrales (sp?) the next day having to cover 102 kms before the bank closed at 2PM on the Friday afternoon (summer in August). I made it back with a few minutes to spare but was bonking a bit the last few kms because I only had breakfast. I missed a great photo opportunity (damn battery) at the top of the climb from Ria?o to Potes but had fun chasing a car down the other side. :D I also rode up to the base of the Naranja de Bulnes, one day, which features as the tourism logo for the area.
