Chrisdafunk Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 Hi all first time poster but have been reading as much as I can for a while so please be gentle I have a 2006 VFR 800 Vtec ABS model, at the moment the bike is being stripped down/cleaned and upgraded as the person who had it before did not give it enough tlc and while it's soon going to be colder here in the UK I thought I should start now so it can be ready for the sun in the new year. I have been reading and hope am correct in saying a stock blackbird shock will fit in the 6th gen vfr however I have found a nearly new aftermarket OHLINS shock for a blackbird xx at a very good price. My question before committing to buying is would this fit into the VFR same as the standard blackbird shock or is this a no go? I hopefully have attached a photo of the blackbird shock if that helps at all.
