  2. I am in the same situation....I love my Pro-Oiler, and while not getting any EMI, and I getting some oil on the tire and have it dialed down to 1. I have been meaning to program it back on table but have not gotten around to it.
  3. I had gotten mine going this past Saturday morning, and I ran it all weekend basically on setting 3 of Table 17....and yes I did notice oil in the exact spot you mention....my rollers looked wet though, but the links are still dirty..
  4. It will do that for a while until the chain becomes clean. I think the default settings are pretty good. I've run mine about 10,000 miles now. We have had a fair amount of wet and rain this winter so the weekend before last was my first long highway run in dry weather. I did 800 miles in two days, with some short stretches over 100mph. I discovered that the #3 setting is a bit high for extended highway runs in dry weather. I just started turning mine down to 2. Thanks....Most of the weekend was some highway stuff soo..... maybe I'll do what I can and help clean the chain..it's fairly new so it has some of the thick stuff on it that elizilla mentions. But the sprocket is nice and clean right now...those were new as well.
  5. What setting did you finally wind up on? I left mine on the default and it looked like Table 17, setting 3 was a little too much...of course that could be because i didn't properly clean the chain and ended up with globs of grease coming off it...I backed it off a little for the time being..
  6. Seriously +1 to this! I ordered the VFRness and his fuse panel about a week ago. I haven't had any issues with the R/R, but I know it's a problem area...I had seen the posts about adding a wire here and there, and I have technical ability to do it myself...but with all the kind words Tightwad has received over this was enough for me to just pay him for the harness....and it was worth every penny....in time saved and eased of installation. I had a couple of questions and Tightwad emailed me right back with concise easy to follow answers.... if (fingers crossed) my R/R ever goes...I know I will be going to Tightwad for the new one.
  7. Bracket to mount the flux capacitor?
