  1. You've never heard of Canada? :goofy: :goofy:
  2. As in cyanoacrilate, aka plastic model glue. Maybe the gel type would work best, to fill any small voids? Those are two completely different types of adhesive. Plastic model glue is made to melt/weld styrene plastic, the type of plastic in model cars and planes. CA or cyanoacrylate is commonly referred as "super glue" and activates with moisture. It isn't designed to melt stuff. It's the stuff that glues your fingers together. The CA glues that I've used don't work well with the type of plastic that is used on the overflow bottle. There are plastic CA glues, but I haven't used them. I know of CA's that are formulated to glue styrene, ABS, acrylics, and a few others, but the stuff you find at the local department store won't work well for the overflow bottle. Here's one brand... http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/hca/hcahcar3417.htm

    Fall Ride

That was last fall in Natchez Trace State Park, (not the Parkway). The road goes from the little store in the park down to Darden. It will be loaded with crazed deer hunters before long. They run their trucks a bizillion miles per hour trying to get two and from their deer stands during hunting season. The rest of the year it's a great place to ride. :) THANKS...found it on the map. Wife and I were close to there last fall on a motorcycle trip. Will have to visit....owe you    one !!! Shoot me a PM whenever you decide to visit the area. I'll try to get out and meet you for lunch or a guided tour or something. :)

    Fall Ride

I didn't realize I was that close to the Canadian border. That road is about 20 miles from my house. :)
  8. There's no way that the vacuum would pull it all the way to the cylinders. Even if it could pull it through a clean open pipe that far, the stuff couldn't get past the catalytic converter.

  16. Probably not. However, the medium won't be any worse than the HondaYamaKawaZuki branded filters which are low bid contracts sold at top dollar.
  17. Don't tell anybody but STP filters and Walmart filters are both made by Champion Labs. Guess who makes the Mobil-1 and Bosch filters everybody raves about? Yep, Champion Labs. Shhhhhh, don't say anything. Let them buy those $8-12 filters when we can get ours for $2-5.

  19. You keep your beer in your pants? border='0' alt='user posted image' />
  20. I looked at your pics again. It looks like the Givi badge is in the way. Is that what you are talking about?
  21. Can you drill an access hole in the top plate and drop the allen wrench in to tighten the bolt? I don't like using vice grips to tighten them if I can help it.
  22. Ok. I don't need to remove the seat, but I reckon Ken does! :goofy:
  23. Just use allen bolts for the brackets and throw an allen wrench in the top box. If you need to get under the seat, it will likely be because of a problem that will keep you off the road for a considerable amount of time anyway. Of course, I never use the helmet lock, so I don't consider that a good reason to take the seat off.
