  1. I shipped some compound bows and associated archery kit to a charity in Sacramento recently and it was less than $100 US, so I put some approximate dimensions in UPS (700x150x450mm x 5kg) and the most expensive is £77.62 or $100, the cheapest is £45 There’s no import duty to the US

  7. After my bike was knocked over in a car park, the arm holding the slider was bent to the point that it had nearly gone through the fairing …the bolts had stretched which was better than having them pull out and strip the thread as the bolts replace the original subframe fixing bolts I got a set of DSG sliders from THURN motorsport from Gerhard in Germany and they’ve been tested in the same situation and they didn’t move, not cheap but worth it …. they’re also no cut, the bracket slots through the groove in the panel
  8. @Dalemac - the seat is in the low position in the pic
  9. 1 mm thick ABS sheet makes a good skeleton to build on, I replaced a chunk of fairing with that as a working base .....ABS pipe cement for the win

  12. Finally got every rusted screw out with extractors or drilled out, removed the thermostat housing and the coolant stub out #3 cylinder then prised the f**king carbs off of the RC24 project bike, just as well #4 butterfly is jammed shut and the linkage disconnected
  13. Those are DSG correct? The long bolt is the first one you put in, the engine won’t fall out .... put some grease on it first Then put the rear bolts in Then torque the bolts up The pad mounts bolt to the pear shaped bracket The pads screw to the alloy mounts Use an anti seize compound like Copper Slip on all the threads
