He's probably referring to your lights. Those party busses down there have them.

OEM is no USB
Theres a plug in power supply under the seat that I run my heated jacket through if you’re looking for an instant solution
As you have a tour in mind I’d consider a new battery if it still has the original

Rode through the bloody rain to an 8am MOT, it passed …. on reflection I should have worn my waterproof textile suit

Just what I was thinking, judicious use of a hacksaw and dremel is worth trying

This is a result of the traditional way of removing the bearing, knock it out and inevitably damage the seat
More effect is using a Rawlbolt on the inner race and pull it out, also the cheap way of getting blind bearings out

Now I’m going to have to go find it, this could take some time

Is that a thing? Never heard of it before.
It sure is, I put a washer either side and a bolt through them and put the drill on it for a few seconds, part of my spring time routine now

Brake judder - have you spun the buttons on the discs recently?

As an owner of several Beta trials bikes, on which the clutch plates stick together if you don’t use it daily at least, the kindest way to free up the plates is pull in the clutch lever and use a screwdriver to separate them through the oil filler hole
Once you’ve done it then try putting the bike in gear and seeing if it works, if it doesn’t then just repeat until it does

Took the rear wheel out and discovered there’s a screw in it so off to have a new tyre put on …..one day I’ll actually wear a rear tyre out on this bike

The bearing in the pressure plate is not held in, it’s prone to tip and jam, so with actuating rod removed the clutch connects with the gearbox, hydraulics assembly will push the rod out and disconnect the gearbox
I’ve fixed mine in place with Loctite bearing fit
You can see if this is happening through the oil filler as the hydraulics are fitted
Tourmax kit is quality

I don’t think a pipe cleaner is a good idea with the fuzzy outer
A piece of copper wire should be fine
