Hi CodeRed! I love my Corbin. No problem at all with wear and it heats up quickly. One thing I'll mention is that it was difficult to latch at first, but after a month it settled in and now locks down easily. And the smuggler compartment is just the right size for a few things that I carry all the time, like a kickstand cookie, my registration, a comb, bottle of water, hat or visor. Not cheap, so if you can find a good deal on a used one, I'd jump on it. I think mine was about $1000. (It looks a bit different now that I've had my bike wrapped.)

A view from the port side with my GPS cradle. -

This was a 100% improvement over the RAM version that I could never get snug enough to stop it from spinning. This puppy is in there tight! -

A nice day to check out the new seat. Suffice to say, I will not be able to remove and replace this seat by myself until it's really broken in. But it looks good and with the smuggler I won't have to keep anything under the seat anyway. -

And it's heated! -

Really a decent amount of room in the smuggler. -

The smuggler is a mixed blessing. I will love having a spot for my cookie, extra (hopefully heated) gloves, a visor for walking around, a comb, a knife, a can cozy, my charger, my nano...and being able to leave the purse or tank bag at home for day rides. But, I've lost my grab bars and extra seat space for bungeeing my gym bag behind me. Guess I'll be looking for a decent backpack for karate class. -

With temps in the 40s, it was a brisk ride to try out the new seat.
