gently heat the grip in a toaster oven. then cool down the bars with something cold. slide the grips on with a spritz of hairspray and ride.

why would you let anyone get that close to you in the first place? power in the straights,brake before the curve. leave the four wheelers to fend for themselves

your time would be better spent upgrading the bike or spending some time in a safety course. time and effort to polish the frame, not worth the effort IMHO
