She's purty!

That's clearly a part of San Jose I haven't ridden in...most of it looks like US 101 or suburbia to me...
You gotta wander buddy...20 minutes and you could be in any number of twisties around here! :)
-
Is the camera mounted on your chin bar or on the windscreen?
-
Has anyone tried the Delkevic headers as seen on eBay for ~$300?
-
Matte upper, gloss lower?
-
Are those black headlight covers? Me likely if road legal...please reply. :fing02:

GIven the instruction behind me that may well have been the lap where I hit the center stand and had a NICE pucker moment! :goofy: The "dip" in Turn 6 is pretty dramatic if you're not in good body position and ON the gas. Thanks for reminding my I have to get back to Laguna... :fing02:

Gorgeous! :fing02:
-
So why did you let that guy pass you, Al?
Well, given that he's the instructor and was providing me feedback and line suggestions I think it would have been downright rude of me.
....that and the fact that he can turn lap times in the 1:30's and I....uh....couldn't. :fing02: :fing02:

Thanks!
Man, I want to go back TOMORROW! If I could just somehow explain to the bank and boss that track riding is critical to....heck, world peace or something. ;)
-
Lookin good, Al!
Whoa I made the front page... :salesman:
I had to focus to make sure my knee sliders remained in new condition. Yeah, that's it.
-
nice! What track was this...and how did you find the stones to risk your baby? I rented their ZX-6r for Level 1 & 2. ;)
-
What track is that?
-
You may want to work on body position...that lean angle is daring traction to fail.
I resprung the bike and it vastly improved clearance - especially two-up.
-
GREAT job! Is that short pipe custom?
-
I hope you're enjoying PERFECT twisties wherever you are now. RIP.
-
Matte black Shoei RF1000 - nothing custom.

Hehehe...I was moving man, about 30mph on Stage or Gazos Creek Road near Highway 1. The pic was taken by Andy (the guy that runs South Bay Riders) from his tank-mounted camera rig on his GSX-R 1k.

Doing the Keith Code school I see. Where was this? Barber?
-
Did he actually make it? Does anyone know?
-
Couple of questions...
It looks gloss black - but wasn't the 02 Asphalt? Did the exhaust require any special hardware, or was it slip-on? Did you powdercoat the wheels, or are those the newer silver ones from the 05 model?
