Ugly prototype, used what was on hand to make/test the final raise/lower plates geometry and it worked so good we just kept using it. -

Raise and Lower linkage plate geometry to accommodate a 6' 200lb rider or a 5'7" 130lb rider. This is the 5th revision of this plate and assumes you are using the stock shock. -

The is the maximum amount of available travel with the stock 929 front end, caps level with the top of the triple clamp, preload at 1 line from max full in, and rear of front fender trimmed. -

Before the full 5" of travel can be achieved, front fender removed, the front wheel makes contact with the radiator, leaving a little less than 3/8" of unusable travel. -

The max available travel is 5" however with the caps level and the preleod almost all the way in, I am only using 3 3/8" of travel. -

What an extraordinary clean build. Nice work! I'm really loving the sound of the 2bro's slipon too! My left side exit exhaust makes finding an exhaust that wont be 100% custom a bit difficult.
